These drawings turn away from the clothes and toward the hair — Eugene Souleiman’s extraordinary work with Yohji Yamamoto. Wild, sculptural, almost extraterrestrial, it seems completely disnterested in behaving or blending in. The hair isn’t an accessory here, it has a presence and a language entirely its own.
