I was brought onboard LAB SERIES to build the in-house digital team. At the time, the work was outsourced and a direct pickup from print. As I had already developed the online footprint and core competency at e.l.f. Cosmetics, I was uniquely positioned to do the same at this entrepreneurial brand within a larger company.
