Detroit Rising is a documentary project led by producer Amy Schmidt and writer/journalist Tish Lampert. The film chronicles the lives of twenty at-risk, inner-city Detroit high school students, as they embark on a focused educational and entrepreneurial program centered on solar technology and high-tech urban farming.
